Sharp Nikon Lens

Sharp Nikon Lens

One of the sharpest lenses you can buy for a Nikon Digital SLR camera is the Nikon 105mm f/2.8D AF Micro-Nikkor Lens. It caries a hefty price tag for the quality of the lens. If you are looking for a high quality lens, then you should check this one out. There are several good reviews on it on Amazon.

There is one bad review for this camera however. It might be important to take note of this. The lens owner said that they had trouble getting it to focus on their subject and sometimes they would lose focus only to not be able to get it back. They also said the motor was loud. However, for me this typically isn’t much of a problem as I like to use manual focusing on most of my shots.

John Kwok from New York really likes this lens. He says that it is great for talking pictures of small volatile subjects: “In plain English, this is the perfect lens to use to get close to insects, frogs or anything else which is small, living and liable to move quickly if it is disturbed by the photographer.” This is an ideal lens for a professional, or budding professional.
